Sentosa GrillFest is set to return for its seventh sizzling edition, transforming Siloso Beach into a gastronomic haven from 5.00pm to 10.00pm on festival days between 14 November to 8 December 2024. Organised by Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC), the beachfront grilling festival will showcase over 30 vendors and four distinct zones, welcoming food enthusiasts to a sizzling symphony of flavours and fun under the stars.

This year’s edition promises to be the most exciting yet, adding to Sentosa’s position as Singapore’s premier nighttime destination, offering an unparalleled blend of culinary innovation, entertainment, and beachfront ambience.

A Feast for the Senses

With 33 participating vendors, including the winners of the People’s Choice Award from Sentosa GrillFest 2023, this year’s GrillFest aims to serve up a variety of mouth-watering grilled delicacies from smoked meats, flame-kissed vegetables, to grilled desserts and seafood and more.

In accompaniment to the unique beachfront dining experience, visitors can enjoy a multitude of live entertainment by local artists including funk rock band Reverie and cover band Too Much Drama, and performances by fire dancers from Starlight Alchemy. Over at the Show Arena, guests can have a go at the jumbo sized single-player beer pong to win free Chang Beer or discounted drinks from the Invaders Bar.

Festival Zones

Building on past successes, the festival now boasts four distinct zones:

Fan Favourites: Visitors can indulge in beloved classics with exciting new twists, such as Dry Aged Meats & Needs (DAMN)‘s Dry Aged Beef Burger served with smoked cheddar and caramelised onions, and Pilot Kitchen’s Gunpowder Short Ribs, beautifully seared short ribs with a side of grilled green peppers that provide just the right kick to the dish. Sentosa’s beach clubs are also joining in the festivities with Rumours Beach Club bringing another tasty Indonesian dish, Nasi Bakar Ayam Suwir (Indonesian Grilled Rice with Shredded Spiced Chicken), while Ola Beach Club puts their spin on barbecue corn with a trio of unique sauces.

Guests can look forward to five GrillFest exclusives this year:

  • Mongerwill be serving up freshly charred Boston lobsters with garlic butter or in a spicy umami option.
  • Smok Haus x Asap Co and their Australian Wagyu brisket smoked with hickory and cherry wood for 12 hours.
  • NBCB with their rendition of Grilled Wagyu Cheeseburger in pillowy brioche bun.
  • Jett Barbecue with a melt-in-your-mouth Smoked Beef Cheek wrapped into soft tortilla shell; and
  • A range of yummy fillings in a sweet crispy Kurtosh shell by Botsi.

International Village: Embark on a global culinary journey with delectable flame-licked dishes from around the world. Papi Tacos brings the vibrant flavours of Mexico, while Royal Taj offers their signature Chicken Tandoor. Hanok Kimchi adds a Korean flair to the international mix.

Dessert Hut (NEW): Satisfy your sweet tooth with both grilled and non-grilled options at this new addition to GrillFest. Don’t miss Coned‘s innovative creations like Tiramisu Coned, as well as other gooey, sticky sweet treats from Sohtt and SG HO LIAO.

Brew Island (NEW): Complement your grilled delights with a celebration of craft beers and flavored liquors. This new zone features well-known brands like Chang Beer alongside craft offerings from Clumzy Plumzy x Sigcoco, ensuring there’s a perfect drink for every dish.

New Exclusive – Teepee Dining Experience

A new experience to the GrillFest roster this year, the Teepee Dining Experience offers an exclusive, curated dining affair. Three GrillFest vendors – The Social Outcast, Jett BBQ, and Sohtt – will offer specially curated 3-course meals under a unique teepee setting. The exclusive experience is available for booking via Trip.com and is priced at $88 per person, or $100 with Chang lager pairing for each course included. More information in Annex C.

Experience the Thrill of the Grill

Entry to GrillFest is free throughout the duration of the festival, with food payable separately.

As part of SDC’s sustainability efforts, guests are encouraged to do their part in reducing waste by bringing their own containers and utensils. Compostable-ware for food and beverages including utensils will be used to minimise waste generated and ease the waste segregation efforts. Plastic bottled beverages will not be available for sale and drinking water fountains can be found along the entire stretch of Siloso Beach. Additionally, waste disposal stations will be available throughout the festival ground, each includes food waste bins, recyclable bins, and general waste bins to encourage guests for waste segregation. Collected food waste and used compostable-ware will be converted to soil compost.

To ensure an inviting and inclusive festival for everyone to enjoy, 20 per cent of tables and seats along Siloso Beach Walk have been designated as “Priority Seating”. These specially marked tables are intended to cater to guests with mobility impairments, providing them with easier access and a more comfortable experience. SDC encourages festivalgoers to offer their table to such guests, if so requested. Additionally, flooring will be installed to further enable guests of different mobility to access the food stalls and seatings located on the beachfront. Guests with accessibility needs can also download the access guide for more details on getting to Siloso Beach.

Promotions

People’s Choice Award: Following a successful run last year, the People’s Choice Award is back. Guests will be able to vote for their favourite GrillFest stall and the top three stalls with the most votes will be invited to return to GrillFest in 2025. To encourage more to participate in the Award, Sentosa Islander members will receive 50 Islander Points if they cast their vote for their favourite stall.

As an additional perk, Islander members will receive a $10 GrillFest voucher in their MySentosa app, usable throughout the festival period. Islanders can also redeem an exclusive GrillFest apron with their Islander points and continue their culinary journey at home.

Mastercard Promotion: Guests who spend $50 or more in a single receipt can receive a chance to participate in the sure-win gachapon machine, with Sentosa Islander members enjoying double the chances. Aside from the two lucky winners who can each walk away with the top prize of a 2D1N W Singapore – Sentosa Cove Fantastic Suite voucher worth ($2,500++), there are many other attractive prizes up for grabs.

Guests can also redeem a Magnum Ice Cream with minimum $20 spent using Mastercard.

So, gather friends and family for an unforgettable gastronomic adventure under the stars at Sentosa GrillFest 2024, where every bite ignites a new thrill!
