Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has taken a bold step into the future with the unveiling of its refreshed brand identity, reflecting its transformation into a full-fledged technology company. The updated logo, launched during the company’s Mid-Year Townhall, encapsulates Converge’s evolution from a broadband provider into a dynamic, digital-first techco.

“This new corporate identity was created with the future in mind,” said Converge President and Co-Founder Maria Grace Uy. “We’re at an inflection point in our journey – from simply connecting people through fiber broadband to delivering digital-first, value-added solutions. The new logo is more than a visual upgrade—it represents a forward-thinking vision. Featuring three bold upward-flowing swooshes forming a “C”, the emblem symbolizes connectivity, intelligence, and experience—key pillars of the company’s growth. CEO Dennis Anthony Uy described it as “a visual representation for how we’re leaping into the future—together with our customers, partners, and communities.”

Beyond the logo, Converge’s rebranding includes a revised Vision, Mission, and set of Core Values aimed at aligning its entire organization with its techco shift. The brand now aspires “to be the foremost technology leader that powers the digital journeys of tomorrow.” This strategic pivot is also supported by leadership changes, including the appointment of Benjamin Rex Emilio B. Azada as the new Chief Operations Officer.
