Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP) has officially broken ground on a 42-hectare manufacturing plant at TARI Estate in Tarlac City. This new facility will be one of the largest Coca-Cola sites in the Philippines and among the most significant global investments of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP).
The plant is expected to generate hundreds of direct jobs for Tarlac and nearby provinces, while also attracting complementary industries to strengthen Central Luzon’s supply chains. Positioned at the crossroads of TPLEX, CLLEX, and SCTEX, the estate ensures fast connectivity to Manila, Subic, and Clark International Airport, making it a strategic hub for logistics and manufacturing.
“This investment reflects Coca-Cola’s deep commitment to serving our millions of customers, supporting the Philippines’ growth, and creating meaningful job opportunities,” said Gareth McGeown, President and CEO of CCEAP.
Local leaders welcomed the development. Tarlac City Mayor Susan Yap expressed excitement, saying, “We are very excited for Coca-Cola to call Tarlac home. Coca-Cola is an iconic brand with beverages we all know and love.” Governor Christian Tell Yap highlighted its positive impact on job creation and sustainability partnerships with communities.
The plant also stands as one of the largest single-locator commitments in TARI Estate, reinforcing its status as a rising industrial hub north of Metro Manila. With Phase 1A of the estate nearing full completion, the site is on track to become a major anchor for Central Luzon’s economic growth.
CCEAP, which has operated in the Philippines for more than 113 years, continues to expand its legacy with this facility that will serve Filipinos nationwide.
