GOMO has teamed up with Scratch Smashburgers to launch the first Scratch Session, a dining concept that blends food, culture, and creativity. The event kicked off on August 20 with bold flavors and daring twists from chefs Stephen Duhesem of Automat and Metiz, and Mikko Reyes of Scratch Smashburgers.
The highlight of the session is The Double MetCheeze, a double smash burger topped with mostaza, bagoong chili mayo, and fermented pineapple glaze. Another standout is the Twirly Spaghetti Fries, inspired by banana ketchup spaghetti with Malabon longganisa, samjang mayo, fermented red onions, and Gouda cheese.
GOMO subscribers can redeem these exclusive dishes through the GOMO app using ‘Mo Creds. The Double MetCheeze is available for 15GB, Twirly Spaghetti Fries for 15GB, or both for 25GB.
Dom Brucal, Head of GOMO PH, said the sessions are more than food. “Scratch Sessions is proof that our No Expiry Data doesn’t just connect people. It creates culture.”
Scratch Sessions will continue as a series, featuring collaborations between chefs, artists, and fashion creatives.
Chef Stephen Duhesem called the menu “a playground for local ingredients and daring combinations.” Chef Mikko Reyes added, “We thrive on pushing flavor boundaries, and this partnership with GOMO lets us take that creative freedom even further.”
GOMO invites foodies and digital thrill-seekers to share their experience online with #ScratchSessions, #WeDontStop, and #WeGOMO. Updates and behind-the-scenes content are available on GOMO’s social channels.
