Atome Philippines, part of Southeast Asia’s leading digital financial services platform, today announced an exclusive partnership with SEAOIL Philippines, one of the country’s leading and largest independent fuel companies, with over 800 stations nationwide.
During the first phase of the partnership, Atome Philippines will onboard over 300 SEAOIL stations, with plans to expand across the majority of SEAOIL’s 800+ nationwide network in the next phase.
How it works
This exclusive partnership entitles Atome (PayLater Anywhere) Cardholders to get up to Php 5.00 off per litre of SEAOIL fuel products. Atome Cardholders simply need to download the PriceLOCQ app, pre-purchase their fuel via the app and redeem it at participating SEAOIL stations nationwide. Nearly 2 million Filipinos have an Atome Card.
The partnership comes at a time when up to 80% of Atome Cardholders are first-time card users, who predominantly use their cards to pay for daily essentials such as groceries, telco, and electricity and gas bills. Adding SEAOIL to this list ensures even greater convenience and savings for Filipino consumers.
“Our mission at Atome Philippines has always been to make life more affordable and accessible for consumers. With fuel being one of the largest recurring household expenses, our exclusive partnership with SEAOIL provides millions of hardworking Filipinos a smarter and more flexible way to manage their daily living costs,” said Christian Quiros, President and Country General Manager, Atome Philippines.
“SEAOIL is committed to uplifting and supporting the everyday lives of Filipinos. Through this collaboration with Atome, we’re giving our customers more flexibility and value for their fuel purchases, helping them stretch their budget further while keeping their lives moving,” said Jayvee dela Fuente, Vice President for Corporate and Consumer Marketing, SEAOIL Philippines.
Last month, Atome Philippines was awarded the Digital Lending Product of the Year (Atome Card) at the Global Retail Banking Awards 2025 held in Singapore. This follows Atome Philippines’ ₱2.75 billion (US$48M) loan partnership with Maya Bank, underscoring its growing role in expanding financial access and delivering everyday value to millions of Filipinos. Powered by merchant partnerships and growing consumer adoption, Atome has served over 4 million customers in the Philippines alone.
