The company will launch its first data centers in Brazil, France, and the Netherlands. Additional centers will open in Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Dubai in 2026. These facilities will strengthen Alibaba Cloud’s coverage across key global markets. Regional service centers in Indonesia and Germany will also provide 24/7 multilingual support for international clients.

The expansion includes the launch of the AI Catalyst Program, a global initiative offering startups access to industry expertise, tools, and resources. Selected firms will receive up to 2 billion free tokens on Model Studio and $120,000 in cloud credits to support their growth.
