AirAsia Philippines is reshaping cabin crew recruitment with a more inclusive and practical approach.
From August 20 to 29, 2025, every Wednesday from 10AM to 12NN, aspiring cabin crew members can apply without the usual pressure of formal attire and heavy makeup. Male applicants may wear a white t-shirt, jeans, and casual rubber shoes. Female applicants may come in a white shirt, denim skirt, and heels.
This shift places the spotlight on skills, attitude, and service orientation instead of looks. Applicants will experience a realistic work setting, highlighting the Allstar culture that defines life as an AirAsia cabin crew.
AirAsia Philippines CEO Suresh Bangah shared that the process now focuses on talent, attitude, and skills while keeping the environment safe, fun, and inclusive. The airline, awarded World’s Best Low-Cost Cabin Crew for the 8th year by Skytrax, continues to raise standards while opening opportunities for more aspirants.
Applicants must bring an updated CV, a recent non-AI-generated photo, and meet the height requirement proportional to BMI. Both college and senior high school graduates are welcome, with fluency in English and Filipino as an advantage.
This marks AirAsia Philippines’ 4th open day recruitment, building on three successful intakes this year and preparing for future cabin crew demand. Candidates can visit the AirAsia Job Portal for complete details.
