TIDE RETURNS TO COWORTH PARK ALONGSIDE NEW ARTISAN CREAMERY

Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection’s country house hotel set on the edge of Windsor Great Park, welcomes the return of TIDE for summer 2026 alongside the launch of Coworth Park Creamery. These two experiences are designed to celebrate the pleasures of British summertime, through exceptional produce and outdoor dining.

Returning to the terrace overlooking Coworth Park’s wildflower meadow, TIDE invites guests to savour long summer lunches in an elegant al fresco setting. This year’s menu, crafted by executive chef Adam Smith, takes inspiration from Britain’s coastline and summer larder. It has a bold focus on fire-led cooking, raw and cured seafood and dishes designed for sharing.

The menu opens with playful signatures including Parker House rolls with crab butter and hot honey and Nori hash browns served with sour cream and Golden Oscietra caviar. A selection of raw, cured and smoked dishes showcase the season’s finest seafood, from hand-dived scallops with tomato, vanilla and basil to dry-aged king mackerel with sunflower, green apple and dill.

Larger dishes from the stove and charcoal grill include chip shop battered turbot with curry sauce and dry-aged côte de boeuf served with garden herb chimichurri. Desserts bring a nostalgic close to the experience with English summer berry pavlova; Coworth ‘Solero’ with passionfruit, mango and lemon verbena; and signature chocolate ganache with miso and seaweed.

The drinks list has been created in partnership with Rathfinny, the acclaimed Sussex-based English sparkling wine producer. Guests can enjoy Rosé 2019 served by the glass or bottle, rare vintages such as Blanc de Blancs 2017, and seasonal cocktails made with Rathfinny’s Seven Sisters spirits. A ‘Low Tide’ menu features non-alcoholic options including homemade lemon verbena iced tea and soda with cherry and hōjicha, designed to pair seamlessly with seafood and summer fare.

New for summer 2026, Coworth Park introduces Coworth Park Creamery. Stationed beside the Rose Lawn Bar, this whimsical ice cream cart brings nostalgic British summertime charm to the estate. Designed to capture the joy of leisurely afternoons in the sunshine, the Creamery serves a collection of homemade ice creams and sorbets with refined flavour combinations created by executive chef Adam Smith. Guests can expect classics reimagined, from roasted pistachio and lemon meringue pie to more unexpected creations such as black truffle with Jersey Gold milk and vanilla; goat’s cheese with fig and balsamic; and salted pumpkin seed praline. Each scoop will be served in cones or elegant tubs, for guests to enjoy while strolling the grounds.

TIDE is open Fridays and Saturdays from 12 – 2.30pm (last orders 3pm) and Sundays from 1 – 3.30pm (last orders 4pm), from June 18 throughout the summer season. Coworth Park Creamery is open Friday to Sunday from 12 – 6pm from Friday 3rd July throughout the summer.
