Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition will feature Manila’s top-notch bartenders that will go head to head as they demonstrate their skills in creating unique tasting rum cocktail drinks. The competition challenges bartenders to build their own cocktail legacy by creating and promoting a new generation of refreshing and easily replicable rum cocktails that will endure to become the classics of the future. The winner of the night will represent the Philippines and travel to San Francisco to compete for the grand title alongside 35 other global competitors in the 2016 Bacardi Legacy Global competition that is set to happen in April 2016.

Clearly there’s a lot at stake, and the Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition will be the arena where they get to demonstrate their skills and discerning palate.
