From 26th – 28th December 2017, adding to the celebration of the gourmet delights over the festive season, X2 Chiang Mai Riverside Resort is running a series of special cooking classes hosted by Consultant French celebrity chef, Nicolas Isnard, and the hotel’s executive chef, Alexandre Demard.
Chef Nicolas, is known internationally for his culinary innovations and his restaurant L’Auberge de la Charme in Dijon, France was awarded a Michelin star in 2009. Chef Alex has developed a passion for using fresh, local ingredients, and was formerly the chef and owner at renowned restaurant Le Manoir in the famous Le Suquet in Cannes.
Chef Nicolas and Chef Alex will share their impressive culinary expertise with guests as they guide them through the creative process to prepare two unique and inspiring dishes that draw on the abundant flavours of Chiang Mai.
The cooking classes will be held daily from 12.00 – 14.00 on the stunning river view terrace at Oxygen Dining Room and the chefs will join their students for lunch to taste the fruits of their efforts.
The “Cook with the Chefs” culinary experience costs just THB 1500++ per person and numbers are limited. Advanced reservation is therefore recommended.
