Aesthetic Design

Vivo V21 5G Back

The color Sunset Dazzle indeed dazzles with its matted rainbow hue with more of the yellow tone which is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. If you want a plain look, the Dust Blue variant is the one for you with its matted plain dark blue color.

It is only 7.3 mm thin and weighs 177 g which makes its one of the thinnest 5G phones and gives a sleek look and feel when holding it. The back is made of glass but with a matte finish so there will be no fingerprints gleaming through the glass.

For the notable external components, a secondary microphone is located at the top. The SIM tray which we are familiar to be seen at the left side is at the bottom along with the USB-C port, speakers, and the main mic. There is no headphone jack, however, an adapter with a jack connecting to the charging port is given in the package.

The screen is 6.44” wide with an AMOLED display of 1080 x 2500 resolution. It has a fast screen refresh rate up to 90 Hz. You can change the rate, however, from 90 to 60 Hz but we recommend going at 90 Hz for a smoother flow and dynamic. It features a smart switch that may automatically select the refresh rate depending on what apps you are using and the power consumption.

Great Performance and Storage

Its operating system is the Android 11 Funtouch 11.1 and has a chipset of Mediatek dimensity 800U that integrates 5G into the model. Having a 5G phone provides an easier and smooth use of the internet providing you low latency, faster download speeds, and better capacity for connectivity.

It has a wide optical image stabilization (OIS) which provides your front cam videos good stability. A differing feature that it displays are the two front lights at each side of the camera, which resembles headlights. This will give good lighting for selfies especially at night.

The rear camera does not sway from the good specs of the front. It has three cameras with the main having 64 MP, OIS, and f/1.79 aperture. The secondary cam has 64 MP ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture, and lastly, the third has 2 MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture.
