New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI) broke ground for what is set to be the tallest building in Caloocan City that set to be completed in three to five years’ time.
The start of the construction of Victoria de Monumento will be one of the momentous events for both Caloocan City Government and New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI) in Caloocan city. A master-planned vertical mixed-use development with a total of 216,340 square meters of floor area.
Victoria de Monumento’s location was previously a marketplace and a jeepney terminal. Located at Calle Uno, Morning Breeze Subdivision in South Caloocan.
Victoria de Monumento has Two Residential Towers. Tower 1 will have 32 residential floors and Tower 2 will have 36 residential floors. It will have 6,000 residential units, 11 parking floors, and two commercial floors. The development will feature a 40,000 sqm Gym, Gaming Facility, Lap Pool, Basketball Court, Hotel, Health-and-Wellness Space and Movie House.
NSJBI is targeting middle-income buyers and businesses from Caloocan and nearby cities for the project.
Victoria de Monumento will start pre-selling this coming August after NSJBI get the license to sell for the said project.
The size of the residential units will be ranging from 23 sqm to 200 sqm. Selling prices range from P2.5 million to P20 million.
