Indulge in an extravagant promotional set menu crafted to showcase the season’s freshest produce in this two-month promotion. Known for its signature menu and legendary hospitality, Morton’s The Steakhouse offers a refreshing gourmet experience not to be missed. The summer set menu is priced at S$118++ per person.

Designed for guests to mix and match from a sumptuous collection of 13 amazing dishes, Morton’s three-course summer menu will satiate the most discerning palates. Appetizer selections are light and refreshing with a choice of the classic Caesar Salad; a rustic Summer Tomato Bisque that highlights seasonal ingredients; or the brand-new Taste of Toast featuring avocado, tomatoes, classic waldorf, pimento and giardiniera.

Entrees options take the form of hearty and comforting dishes such as the fresh and healthy Antipasto Salad with Jumbo Shrimp, indulgent Crispy Chicken Bianco and for the seafood lovers, the Ora King Salmon atop a bed of warm farro salad, roasted peppers and topped with feta cheese offers a myriad of textures and flavours. The 6.oz Filet Mignon, a Morton’s favourite, is also on the menu with its rich flavour, tender bite and naturally generous marbling. Accompanying the entrees are a selection of delicious summer sides – Charred Broccolini, Mashed Potatoes or Summer Squad Orzo with Basil Pesto.

To end the self-curated dinner on a sweet note, a choice of Morton’s classic desserts are available – the rich and decadent Chocolate Mousse, a summer season special Mixed Berries, Short Cake & Whipped Cream and creamy and luscious Crème Brulee.

The summer menu will be valid till 31 August 2019 and is priced at $118++ per person.
