Solaire Resort Entertainment City, in partnership with De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB), is proud to announce the renewal of the Solaire Cares Shining Scholar program, a scholar-ship initiative that offers full college education to the child of a Solaire Team Member.

To mark the renewal of the partnership, a contract signing was held at DLS-CSB, with key representatives from both institutions in attendance, including Robin Serrano, DLS-CSB Director of Center for Partnership Advancement, Angelo Lacson, DLS-CSB Vice Chancellor for Academics, Sarci Razon, Solaire Resort Entertainment City Vice President of HR Strategic Development and Special Projects, and Trishia Osorio, Solaire Resort Entertainment City Director of HR Strategic Development and Special Projects.

This program is one of the many initiatives of Solaire Cares, the CSR arm of Solaire Resort. It recognizes the hard work of its Team Members and gives them an opportunity to support their children’s dreams and build a future for them. This is the third consecutive year of the program. In 2023, the daughter of a Team Member from the Security Department received a scholarship for Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management, Major in Culinary Arts. Last year, the daughter of a Housekeeping Department Team Member at Solaire received a scholarship to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity at the School of Management and Information Technology. Solaire Resort’s third scholar is set to enroll this August for a four-year course in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Business Intelligence and Analytics (BSBA-BIA).

“We are happy to renew this partnership with DLS-CSB. This initiative recognizes the hard work and dedication of our team members. It’s our way of giving back—through the education of their children”, says Sarci Razon, Vice President of HR Strategic Development and Special Projects.

The Solaire Cares Shining Scholar program opens doors to quality education for students and empowers them to achieve their goals.
