Shopee Celebrates Back-to-Back Treats with Pop Star Search Grand Finale and 7.7 Lowest Price Sale

July has become the new fave month of shoppers with Shopee kicking it off with a blast of sales, surprises and events!

In a back-to-back weekend celebration, Shopee had a big event on June 6 at its new office in BGC to welcome its 7.7 Lowest Price Sale with an unli shopping spree until 12 midnight. And to keep their loyal shoppers who attended more thrilled, they also set the Grand Finale contest of the first ever Shopee Pop Star Search on that day.

During the earlier months of this year, Shopee has been entertaining Pinoys with a parade of talents in their Shopee Pop Star Search. And it was very timely as they’ve announced Sarah Geronimo as their newest brand ambassador last May.

The original pop star diva met a new pop star of this generation. Shopee announced Merry Mia Sinaguinan as the grand champion of the singing contest where she won a whopping 100,000 pesos and a priceless singing moment with Sarah G.

But the multitalented star gave the audience another treat when she joined the original Sexbomb Dancers for in an exclusive dance performance. Going back, Shopee’s newest single performed by Sarah G is in the tune of Sexbomb’s “Spaghetti Song.” This was also the reason why Shopee found it fit to get the former “Eat Bulaga” main stays in their event.

Meanwhile, Shopee gave away exclusive vouchers to the audience from leading the brands they sell in their online shop which includes Unilab, Anker, and Nokia.

But what’s better than being a part of the biggest sale by an ecommerce this year?

Shopee held an unli shopping during the event, giving the audiences wonderful discounts while waiting for their main 7.7 sale on July 7.

On the big sale day, there were amazing prizes given out to participating shoppers including televisions, smartphones, and home appliances that were up for grabs for only ₱1 during the Shopee ₱1 Game. Specifically, Samsung 49” 4K Smart TV, Huawei P30 Lite, and Xiaomi Mi Band 3 were shopped for only ₱1!

Consumers were also given a rare chance to purchase their favorite items with deals up to 90% off from Bosch, Dove, Unisilver Time, Silverworks, Realme, MET Tathione, Safeguard, and Pantene.

Other exclusive promotions were from Shopee’s partners including Cebu Pacific, Metrobank, and Pizza Hut.

A lot of shoppers also enjoyed the ₱0 shipping treat from the online shop.

Shopee has grown to be one of the biggest e-commerce in the Southeast Asia and Taiwan with thousands of sellers from the Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan listing their items under it.
