The 2-3 tier personalised cakes offer sweet tidings for a successful marriage while also adding a sense of tradition to the wedding feast, as well as providing some wonderful photo opportunities.
The Nai Harn Phuket’s talented pastry chefs design every last detail of a delectable butter cake, chocolate cake or fruit cake, following traditional recipes but also adding their own unique flare. Each of the tiers is smothered in a sweet fondant icing with a creamy layer in between, before being beautifully decorated to match the theme of each wedding and the personal style and tastes of the happy couple and their guests.
“We take pride in making the most delicious, eye-catching wedding cakes, from wonderful white tiers of sugary simplicity with pretty floral decorations, to elaborately artistic cakes that are totally unique,” explains Daniel Back, Executive Pastry Chef at The Nai Harn. “Once the cake is baked, cooled and chilled to firm up, we cover each tier with a delicate vanilla buttercream to get an even surface for the sugar paste to stick to. We let this dry for a few hours before adding delicate handmade flowers and personalised decorations.”

Adding to the bespoke options, couples can choose from two specially curated Western wedding packages, or opt for an authentic Thai ceremony package, each one designed for up to 50 guests with delicate canapés followed either by an exquisite buffet, or gourmet dinner, made all the more enjoyable with a choice of open-bar options.
