First and largest Filipino life insurer InLife received two awards at the Insurance Asia Awards in Singapore: its 10th Domestic Life Insurer of the Year – Philippines recognition and the Brand Transformation – Philippines award, affirming its commitment to innovation, customer-centricity, and purposeful growth.

These milestones highlight InLife’s commitment to continuously evolving while remaining true to its 115-year mission of helping Filipinos achieve financial security.

The Domestic Life Insurer of the Year – Philippines award recognized InLife’s strong performance across digital transformation, governance, sustainable growth, distribution expansion, and customer-focused innovation. While the Brand Transformation – Philippines award recognized InLife’s successful evolution into a more modern and relatable brand while honoring its rich Filipino heritage.

“These two awards represent the best of who we are as an organization. One recognizes our ability to deliver meaningful business results through innovation, sound governance, and customer-focused solutions. The other affirms that our brand continues to resonate with Filipinos because it reflects our purpose and our promise of A Lifetime for Good,” said InLife Executive Chairperson Nina D. Aguas.

InLife accelerated its digital capabilities by transforming data into AI-ready assets and introducing automation that reduced policy issuance time from three to five days to as fast as five minutes through auto-issuance, securing the financial future of more Filipinos. InLife also strengthened its governance and risk management initiatives, earning a four Golden Arrow Award and the recognition as the highest-ranked life insurer in the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard.

InLife delivered strong business growth, recording a 16 percent increase in New Business Annualized Premium Equivalent, outpacing the industry average. Meanwhile, its bancassurance partnership with UnionBank posted its strongest performance since the partnership began in 2017, achieving 51 percent year-on-year growth.

To address the evolving needs of Filipinos, InLife continued to strengthen its product offerings. It helped address the country’s retirement gap with the Retirement Readiness Index and Retire Assure, the country’s first true retirement plan that provides monthly pension benefits from ages 60 to 100. It also expanded employee benefits solutions through its acquisition of InLife Benefits (formerly Generali Philippines).

In 2025, InLife streamlined its brand identity through its “Love In Life” brand philosophy that talks about love, sense of belonging and empowerment. The transformation was rolled out across the Company’s digital platforms, customer communications, products, offices, and employee and agency force engagement initiatives, creating consistent brand experience for customers, employees, and financial advisors.

“Love In Life” also positioned InLife as a trusted partner that empowers Filipinos through every stage of life. The campaign was amplified through social media, radio, out-of-home advertising, and traditional media.

“As we move forward, we will continue to innovate with discipline, listen more closely to the evolving needs of our customers, and strengthen the trust that generations of Filipinos have placed on InLife. These recognitions inspire us to keep raising the bar so we can create greater value for our policyholders, financial advisors, employees, partners, and the communities we serve,” said Aguas.

For over 115 years, InLife has remained committed to helping Filipinos build brighter financial futures through innovative insurance, health, retirement, and wealth solutions. Guided by its purpose of offering A Lifetime for Good, the Company continues to transform its business, strengthen customer experience, and create sustainable value for all its stakeholders.
