Filipinos in Vaccine Sites Get Padala Refreshments from LBC

Thousands of Filipinos whose physical movements are still restricted due to COVID-19 have come to lean on LBC to transport their essentials. From sending money, medicine, gadgets, and important documents, LBC has always been the top-of-mind logistics provider because of its reputation, reliability, and time-honored service.

As new lockdown measures are implemented across the country because of the new Delta variant, LBC assures their doors will remain open for deliveries and remittances. And despite the return of stricter policies that require people to remain indoors, LBC remains committed to making sure goods are moved securely, with no delays.

But beyond the usual padala, LBC has also come up with a modest yet novel way to serve our kababayans who queue up in vaccination sites near their branches. With the Malate branch as their pilot area, LBC has started supplying refreshments to Filipinos who brave the long lines and the unpredictable weather conditions to get their jabs.

Juan Manuel Liwag, LBC’s PH Brand Head says: “We at LBC are hopeful that a bright future is within our grasp–and we can only do this if everyone is inoculated. Providing refreshments to our countrymen awaiting their turn in vaccination sites is a simple yet valuable step in letting them know they are not alone in the fight against COVID-19”.
