Brother Philippines continues digital push with Viber Shop @ Home

With Filipinos looking for more and more ways to do their shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic through non-traditional ways and channels, brands have been taking their wares to cyberspace to make it safer and more convenient for everyone.

In light of this, Brother Philippines continues to modernize their operations further with the launch of Viber Shop @ Home, a digital storefront and public community on the popular mobile and online messaging app.

In the Viber Shop @ Home group, customers can chat with Community Assistants to inquire about the Brother products they need. These Community Assistants can, in turn, connect customers to authorized online Brother dealers.
