The investment and expansion of its fleet to create a mega-linehaul network, which has been fully operational since Q4 2018;

The exponential growth of the warehouse from a 120 sqm office space to an 18,200 sqm headquarter facility; and
The launch of the easy-to-use Black Arrow Express consumer app.

With over 17 million shipments to date, It continues to go from strength to strength in its third year. At the end of this quarter, customers can book door-to-door deliveries outside of the Philippines, as well as choose to pay via COD (cash-on-delivery). The company is additionally looking to expand across the region, targeting operations in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Jakarta.
