Manuel Luis Quezon University shows its gratitude as Engr. Archimedes U. Martinez paves the way for the start of what can be coined as “Success The MLQU Way.” Starting 2017, all board topnotchers for any course in MLQU shall be awarded 1 Million pesos.
Celebrated at Victoria Sports Tower Station 2, last June 6, 2017, the supposedly simple night of testimonies from recent top notchers of MLQU, instead started a new age of motivating aspiring students to strive for excellence.
Engr. Martinez, a graduate of BS Civil Engineering from Manuel L. Quezon University, ranked 8th with a rating of 92.65% according to results posted by the Professional Regulation Commision (PRC) last May 11, 2017.
Only 2,514 out of 6.998 examinees passed the exam that was conducted simultaneously in 12 cities. Engr. Martinez, being the sole graduate of MLQU to make it to the top 10, and to finish 8th at that.
In exchange, MLQU rewarded Engr. Martinez one (1) million pesos and a job offer from New San Jose Builders, Inc. (NSJBI).
Engr. Martinez was joined by Mr. Raphael Predroso as a recipient of fifty (5) thousand pesos for averaging 93.25% in the recent nationwide professinal licensing exam for Civil Engineers. It was Mr. Pedroso’s 2nd shot at the board exam.

This is MLQU’s new way to motivate aspiring students to continue striving for greatness.
During its early years, MLQU is known for producing high-caliber graduates capable of topping bar exams. Some of these exemplary graduates are now veterans and pillars of different industries. As years passed, MLQU surpassed multiple trials and challenges in order to keep its notable reputation.
MLQU’s partnership with New San Jose Builders Inc. in 2014 reignited MLQU’s vision to provide quality education and become a reputable academic institution.
MLQU aims to continuously train individuals and produce quality graduates, and now with their new roster, the university aims to solidify that goal.
Adding MLQU’s notable deans are former Chief Justice Reynato Puno, Regent & Dean Emeritus College of Law; former Supreme Court Associate Justice Jose Perez, Dean School of Law; Professor Eric Soriano, Dean School of Accountancy, Business and Real Estate Management; and DPWH Undersecretary Raul Asis and former UP Dean of Architecture Danilo Silvestre.
MLQU also aims to provide quality basic education program for kindergarten students up until senior high level, and will be offered at MLQU SPACE this June.
