(Smart), the wireless arm of PLDT, has officially launched its upgraded Smart Store at the 2nd Floor Cyberzone in SM City Cabanatuan, elevating the customer experience in Nueva Ecija and nearby areas. This move underscores Smart’s ongoing commitment to bring world-class digital solutions closer to Filipinos.
Originally housed in NE Pacific Mall, the store was relocated to SM City Cabanatuan in 2016 to better serve the growing needs of this bustling city. The newly enhanced Smart Store now provides an even more dynamic and efficient space for customers to access a full suite of services—from SIM activations and postpaid plan applications to billing assistance and tech support. It also features the latest Smart Prepaid and PLDT Home offers, device sales, and digital lifestyle gadgets to match on-the-go modern needs.

The grand opening was attended by local leaders including Cabanatuan City Mayor Myca Vergara and Barangay Captain Anita Pascual of Camp Tinio, along with executives from SM City Cabanatuan and Smart. Their presence signaled strong support for the telco’s continued expansion across the province.
