A Scare Prank Promotes Movie to Patrons


Thinkmodo, a viral marketing ad agency, made a prank ad that made the unsuspecting New Yorkers run for their lives.

Ouija reading sessions are being offered to the customers where the psychic would tell them to relax and focus their thoughts. And moments later, the psychic pops her eyes out and scares them telling them to run.

If that prank wasn’t enough, a dead person will come out of the wooden floor that will make the customers run swiftly.

The purpose of this add was to promote “Ouija”, a supernatural hooror movie about a group of friends who awaken the dark power of an ancient spirit board.

The movie will hit Philippine cinemas on October 29.
