RLC Residences showcases its remarkable contribution to the real estate industry with its portfolio of quality residential developments across different locations winning prestigious recognitions at the DOT Property Philippines Awards 2023 held September 14 at The Peninsula Manila.
RLC Residences received the Best Developer in Metro Manila and Cebu citations, two awards given to developers who lead the industry and establish new benchmarks in property developments in the region. Furthermore, Robinsons Land’s residential division got the Special Recognition Award for Innovation for its digital solutions for its clients, a groundbreaking distinction that is the first of its kind and is the sole special recognition award presented this year.

Moreover, for two consecutive years, RLC Residences got the much-coveted People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year— this time for Le Pont Residences. This recognition is given to the project that garnered the highest number of online votes from property seekers.
