P.A. Properties celebrates 28 years of creating safe communities for ordinary Filipino home owners

P.A. Properties, one of the country’s fastest-growing real estate developers in the country, is celebrating 28 years of carving its name in the industry.

For nearly three decades, P.A. Properties has successfully provided affordable homes and built safe and future-proofed communities in growth areas in the country. In this span of time the company has built more than 20,000 housing and condominium units in over 40 communities in Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga, and Metro Manila.

From a meager capitalization of 300,000 pesos, P.A. Properties has grown into a 23-billion-peso enterprise. This is a challenging but worthy feat, especially in a country riddled with financial setbacks to match its ballooning housing backlogs.

Through its ambitious partnership with Japanese property developer Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation (HHPC) in 2017, P.A. Properties was able to launch five joint venture companies that boosted the successful launching of Idesia, a series of township projects located in Dasmariñas, Cavite; Lipa, Batangas; Cabuyao, Laguna, and San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

Early this year, the company and HHPC rolled out Idesia City, a 37-hectare real-estate project in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Following the success of their launches in Lipa in 2021 and Dasmariñas in 2022, P.A. Properties–together with HHPC–unveiled the Idesia Lipa Sales Office and Model Units in June 2022, and celebrated its first cement pouring with the owners in August.

As a force multiplier in solving the country’s housing backlog that is feared to breach the 10 million mark within six years if not addressed properly, P.A. Properties has adapted tech-forward mechanisms in order to provide fast and hassle-free housing. One is its fast and efficient construction technology, which makes it possible to construct single-storey units in 45 days and two-storey units in 60 days. Another mechanism is its customer-friendly innovations such as the “Home Info Plus” mobile app where home buyers can check their account information from reservation to moving in.

The Pag-IBIG Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) even recognized the company as the Top 8 developer in North Luzon, and Top 7 in the National Capital Region for Q1-Q3 2022. This is a testament to the company’s efficiency in helping solve the country’s housing gap.

In recent years, the company aided the establishment of local markets in major provinces such as Laguna and Bulacan, initiated donation drives for hospital constructions in Cabuyao, and willingly offered right-of-way for the local government in Pampanga to serve as a buttress for the province’s government civic center.

PA Properties also continues to establish homeowners’ associations (HOAs) in each of their housing communities who consequently serve the residents in their respective projects. The company takes pride in having turned over a total of 43 projects for their HOAs, with 4 more projects in the pipe, and 9 projects in discussion.

These housing projects are not only ideal for families looking for their safe haven, but also for individuals who are in search of an excellent investment. P.A. Properties offers a vast array of housing options as real estate guarantees high rates of return, significant tax benefits, and multitude of ways to grow one’s earnings.

In order to serve and reach out to their housing communities in NuVista San Jose, St. Joseph Homes Norzagaray, East Residences Ortigas, The North Grove, and P.A. Commercial projects., P.A. Properties opened a sales office in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan on October 13, 2022.

Now P.A. Properties is gearing up for the launch of Idesia Cabuyao–a new community that will house 276 families and 11 commercial units–in their homeland of Laguna on December 10.

LOOKING FORWARD

As P.A. Properties continues to endeavor building not just homes, but well-established communities where Filipino families can thrive in the outskirts of Metro Manila – the center of business and development in the Philippines – it is poised to build 20 more housing communities in the next five years.

The company is also in constant pursuit to improve after-sales service and relationship with home buyers and owners by establishing a centralized customer care advisory and an online appointment system,  enhancing the Customer Service Lounge, and providing “Tips and Taps Advisory” to buyers.

“The efforts being given by P.A. Properties anchored on the belief that every Filipino family deserves a home. We have mustered understanding the needs and demands of these families because we made it our mission to guide them every step of the way. As we move forward in the years to come, we promise to continue searching for ways to improve our services in every aspect possible,” said Atty. Marianne Lina Cruz, CEO and President of P.A. Properties.

The past 28 years for P.A. Properties has always been consistent with marrying quality with affordability, while pushing for ways and updated housing architecture. The company promises to stay true to its promise of providing affordable homes, and of building safe and future-proofed communities.
