Out now, rising Japanese boy band ONE OR EIGHT reveal their highly-anticipated new single “KAWASAKI”, featuring renowned US rapper Big Sean. This release marks Big Sean’s first collaboration with a Japanese artist, showcasing the GRAMMY-nominated rapper and seven-time BET Award winner known for his work with global icons like Justin Bieber and Katy Perry.

Big Sean’s contribution adds an exciting new dimension to “KAWASAKI”, infusing the track with fresh appeal while maintaining its high-energy essence. This collaboration brings the much-anticipated cross-cultural synergy that ONE OR EIGHT fans have been eagerly waiting for.

Originally released in June before ONE OR EIGHT’s official debut, the performance video for “KAWASAKI” captivated fans with its powerful choreography, motorcycle sounds, and heavy bass, creating a stunning visual and auditory spectacle that quickly went viral on YouTube, racking up 10 million views within the first 10 days.

The track was produced by DJ Smallz 732 (Nicki Minaj ft. Lil Uzi Vert “Everybody”), GENT! (Doja Cat “Agora Hills”), Bangs (Doja Cat “Agora Hills”), and Xansei (NLE Choppa “Picture Me Grapin”), with Lucien Parker (Kanye West x Ty Dolla $ign “STARS”) contributing the rap lyrics.
