Jabra recently launched the four newest collections included for the Elite series in the Philippines, namely: Elite 45e, Elite 65t, Elite Active 65t, and Elite 65e.

The said collection to join the Elite family of headphones and earbuds was first announced at CES 2018, these series are professionally engineered for outstanding music quality and strong voice capability.

The Elite products have answered the dilemma of headphone users by choosing between great music headphones or a headset designed for voice and calls because they can have both to which products they prefer.

The four latest models are also considered as the best-selling Jabra Elite Sport, the most innovative true wireless sports earbuds which set the standard for the Elite product suite by incorporating leading audio technology.

Each new Elite product contains special microphone configurations to ensure users will always be heard whether indoors or outdoors. Additionally, Jabra Sound+ app works better and allows you to personalize your music to the sound that perfectly fits you.

To complete the best-in-class voice and music experience, the new Elite products also come with the security of a two-year warranty against dust and water ingress (two years for the Elite Active 65t also including sweat ingress).

Users who experience the great voice and music experience that Elite products offer, they can also choose the wearing style that suits them best which includes wireless and soft neckband variants with the suffix letter signifying the styles clearly using ‘e’ for earbud and ‘t’ for true wireless.

Meanwhile, Jabra will be among the first movers to enable Amazon Alexa on-the-go providing customers with access to Alexa directly from the earbuds.

Jabra CEO, René Svendsen-Tune, said that the introduction of Elite series have demonstrated to headphone users that Jabra understands their needs and is committed to provide the best voice and music headphone solutions.

Adding that Elite series accommodates three levels of technology in sound, microphone and voice interaction capabilities, different endurance levels, and both true wireless earbud and neckband solutions.

Jabra professional headsets for call centers

Aside from the Elite series, Jabra also launched recently the Engage 50 – a professional digital corded headset that provides superior call quality for call centres.

The Jabra Engage 50 features a unique 3-microphone system that filters out background noise and breathing sounds to improve call quality and customer satisfaction. It also supports stereo sound and super wideband audio quality for vibrant, lifelike conversations, while providing hearing protection for call center agents.

The headset also addresses the issue of interruptions that affect agents’ work focus. The multi-colour status lights on both earcups can be customised for the needs of the business, ensuring that a user is not interrupted in the middle of an important call. Jabra’s noise cancellation technology further blocks out ambient noise, therefore, improves agents’ ability to focus.

It also features the Jabra Xpress software which offers indepth call analytics for businesses. For instance, background noise measurements give companies an indication of areas or time periods where noise is above a certain threshold. This allows business to make data-driven decisions to reduce noise and enhance employee productivity.

Agents can also make use of the Jabra Engage Link, a call control accessory that allows them to adjust volume levels and mute, speed dial, answer and end calls, and update their status lights at the touch of a button. The headset also comes with the Jabra Direct software, which provides live on-screen guidance to users. For example, users are prompted to adjust the microphone boom arm if it’s not placed in an ideal position.
