A love team that unexpectedly rose due to their charm and natural chemistry, rising kilig creators of the season Irene Tiu and Snoop Manansala, played by Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings respectively, stole the hearts of viewers at the very beginning of Filipino drama series Can’t Buy Me Love, a program of ABS-CBN Studios.
Now in its final weeks, Can’t Buy Me Love gives us a little treat to cure our SnoRene fever! After a lot of banter, kulitans, and heartaches, SnoRene is now embarking on a much-anticipated magical first date in Manila’s vibrant and one of the food centers in the metro: Binondo, Manila. The duo explores its lively streets, ultimately finding themselves in a famous mami house in the heart of Binondo. In this anticipated moment, Irene curiously asks if Snoop planned their meal for just the two of them as a date, and Snoop surprises her by confirming that this time, it will just be them.
As they delight in the meal of their first official date—a special mami and siopao, the moment topped off with the perfect recipe for real magic: an ice-cold Coke. And evidently, Snoop can’t help but simply fall for Irene all over again. It was during their meal time together on this first date that both truly enjoyed the company of one another, with no one else but themselves.
