AboitizLand continues its northward expansion as it launches Ajoya, a mid-market residential development that offers master-planned communities for families in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, and Capas, Tarlac.

By establishing presence in two new Luzon provinces, the homegrown Cebuano property arm of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. boosts its residential portfolio. Early last year, it launched Seafront Residences in San Juan, Batangas.

“With the launch of Ajoya as our flagship mid-market residential product in Luzon, we are excited to finally bring the distinct spirit of AboitizLand communities to our prospective vecinos (neighbors) in Nueva Ecija and Tarlac,” says AboitizLand First Vice President Rafael de Mesa.

Ajoya Cabanatuan is a 19-hectare property located in Barangay Valle Cruz, Nueva Ecija while Ajoya Capas is a 13-hectare house and lot development located in Barangays Talaga and Estrada in Tarlac. Both properties contain 1,000 units of homes each.

Taking cue from the architecture of the Filipino Bahay na Bato, an Ajoya home features a contemporary rendition that goes beyond aesthetics. To foster community interaction, vecinos are treated to amenities such as a town plaza, a clubhouse, a pool plaza, pocket parks, and greenbelts.

“With more than two decades in the industry, we are now ready to aggressively expand our presence nationwide while maintaining our stronghold in Cebu,” adds de Mesa. In total, AboitizLand has built 23 communities, industrial, residential, and commercial combined, in more than 612 hectares of land in Cebu. In 2014, it expanded to Luzon with the acquisition of the 485-hectare industrial park Lima Technology Center in Lipa-Malvar, Batangas.

Ajoya Cabanatuan property prices range from Php3.2M to Php5.5M while Ajoya Capas’ are from Php1.7M to Php3.5M. For inquiries, visit facebook.com/ajoyaofficial.
